With a career spanning over thirty-five years in the golf industry, Eric has mastered the art of turning corporate golf events into meaningful, high-impact relationship experiences. His extensive background enables him to bring a unique perspective to every event he touches.
His approach to event design is rooted in intention and insider access, allowing him to deliver elevated events that go beyond the ordinary. Executive Vice President of Operations & Accounting

Kirby Pert, Jr., PGA Professional
Director of Sales and Marketing
Kirby Pert, Jr. has been a PGA Professional since 2003 and brings more than two decades of experience in golf sales, program development, and relationship-driven client engagement. With a deep understanding of golf technology, destination golf travel, and high-touch service, Kirby plays a key role in delivering the elevated experiences that define Redd Golf.
In his role, Kirby focuses on expanding strategic corporate partnerships, strengthening long-term client relationships, and enhancing the overall guest experience across Redd Golf’s corporate programs and private events.
